Who we work with and what backs us

What your fitness report includes
Train with what your genetics already knows
About two-thirds of the variability among elite athletes is explained by genetic factors; the rest is training, environment, and consistency. This is the part you can read in your DNA.
Athletic performance
Your physical capacities read in your DNA, flexibility included, with specific recommendations for your training.
Strength or endurance
Your muscle fiber ratio, which is what tips a body toward strength or toward endurance. And your dopamine receptors, which explain whether extreme sports appeal to you.
Predisposition to exercise
How much your genetics pushes you to move. Environment and habit matter far more, but there's an inherited part — and yes, that includes your attachment to the couch.
Recovery and muscle damage
How much time you need between sessions, based on your sympathetic-parasympathetic balance and your tendency toward muscle soreness, linked to creatine kinase.
Injury risk
Your susceptibility to ACL tears, Achilles tendon issues, and stress fractures, which affect between 14% and 21% of elite athletes.
Suggested sports
A matrix of sports that match your performance results. It doesn't account for injuries or pre-existing conditions: that part is up to you.
What your results look like
Your results, on your phone
Check them wherever you need them: at the gym, before a session, with the interpretation right next to the data.
Genetics has an influence, but on its own it doesn't determine your health or your performance. These results are informational and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.

Talk to your DNA
GeneAI reads your results and explains them in plain language. Ask it anything, as many times as you need, until you get it.
Things people ask it
- What does my DNA say about my sleep?
- Should I train for strength or endurance?
- Do I need more vitamin D than average?
- Where does my Italian ancestry come from?

Example conversation
- You
Why doesn't afternoon coffee agree with me?
- GeneAI
You have the slow version of the gene that metabolizes caffeine, so it can still be affecting you several hours after you drink it. Genetics explains part of it; sleep habits and routine explain another part that matters just as much.
CYP1A2 rs762551 A/C High evidence - You
Explain it to me like I know nothing about genetics.
- GeneAI
Your body takes longer than normal to switch off caffeine's effect. If you have it in the mid-afternoon, it's likely still working by the time you go to sleep.
GeneAI explains your results. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.

Scientific standard
Are DNA tests reliable?
Yes, when they use validated technology. ADNTRO analyses ~700,000 markers with an Illumina GSA chip in an ISO 17025-certified laboratory (Eurofins, Denmark), and its risk models are published in peer-reviewed journals.
- Variants with evidence described in peer-reviewed literature
- Informational results, never a diagnosis
- Genotyping in a certified European laboratory
- Results linked to the study they're based on, its population and sample size
- UK Biobank as our validation base
