As a region, <\/strong>Scandinavia refers to a large area that includes<\/strong> the aforementioned countries (Norway<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Sweden)<\/strong>,\u00a0Finland, Denmark and Iceland<\/strong>. Warriors, traders and explorers who lived their heyday between the ninth and twelfth centuries.
