And now that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the study of your DNA that we do in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/en\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">ADNTRO<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> with our <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/en\/\">genetic test<\/a>, you will be able to know what types of foods are best for you, for which diseases you have a high genetic predisposition or if your muscles recover after exercising more or less quickly than the population average. But how should I take these results? If your study reveals a genetic alert against <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diabetes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">diabetes<\/mark><\/a> (for example) this does not mean that you are diabetic, nor does it mean that you will become diabetic. It does mean that you have a high genetic predisposition to develop <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/en\/blog\/salud\/types-diabetes\/\">diabetes<\/a>In other words, your genetic background is not going to help you in that sense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Your genetics is like you<strong> base<\/strong> or <strong>point<\/strong> on which the <strong>actions that you carry out in your life<\/strong> and in your day to day. If you have a high genetic predisposition to develop diabetes it does not mean that you are necessarily going to be diabetic, but it is important to know, because you will have to be more careful with excessive sugar consumption than someone without this high predisposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It is something like imagining a glass to which we are adding water. If the glass overflows, you end up developing diabetes. If your genetics are favorable at this point, <strong>you will start &quot;the game&quot; with an empty glass<\/strong>, but if you have a high predisposition, <strong>the glass will already be quite full<\/strong>, and it will be easier for it to overflow, it will depend on your actions (and also a bit of luck) that it does or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Epigenetics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Precisely these actions that are carried out in your day to day and that can overflow the glass, are what scientists call <strong><a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Epigenetics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">epigenetics<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. Epigenetics <strong>they are &quot;modifications&quot; that add to or &quot;complement&quot; your DNA<\/strong> and they have to do with biochemical reactions that occur in your body on a day-to-day basis; <strong>they do not modify it in essence, so it will not be transmitted to your children, but yes<\/strong> <strong>will have an effect on yourself<\/strong>. In the case of diabetes, the <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/en\/blog\/learn-genetics\/what-is-epigenetics\/\">epigenetics<\/a> would act on your DNA base by taking a diet excessive in sugars (for example), and help that vessel to overflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am I sentenced for my genetics?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>So am I sentenced for my genetics?<strong>my destiny is already written in my DNA<\/strong>?
