It is considered one of the oldest healing therapies (5000 years) and aims to maintain and preserve health (both physical and mental) through natural products and healthy lifestyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayurveda (<em>Ayur<\/em> = Life, <em>Ban<\/em> = Science) defends that the universe, and everything that inhabits it, is composed of <strong>five elements<\/strong> basic: ether (space), fire (heat), water (liquid), earth (solid state and minerals) and air (gaseous state and oxygen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Ayurveda-1024x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Ayurveda-1024x1024-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Ayurveda-1024x1024-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Ayurveda-1024x1024-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Ayurveda-1024x1024-1-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Ayurveda-1024x1024-1-12x12.jpg 12w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The combination of these elements gives rise to <em>doshas <\/em>(moods or typologies). There are three <em>doshas<\/em> based on the proportions that a person presents will make an individual have a psycho-physical constitution (<em><strong>Prakriti<\/strong><\/em>) or other. In other words, some physical, emotional and mental characteristics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This does not mean that assigning one of the<em> doshas<\/em> exclude the rest. We all have a <strong>combination <em>tridoshica<\/em><\/strong>, but there will be one or the combination of two that predominate over the others. That will be ours <em>dosha<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three <em>doshas <\/em>main are <strong>Vata<\/strong> (combination of <strong>ether and air<\/strong>), <strong>Pitta<\/strong> (combination of <strong>fire and water<\/strong>) and <strong>Kapha<\/strong> (combination of <strong>Earth and water<\/strong>). Know your <strong><em>dosha<\/em><\/strong> it is a fundamental requirement for Ayurvedic practice.
