Sie werden sich fragen, wie es m\u00f6glich ist, auf den Genotyp einer nicht analysierten Variante zu schlie\u00dfen, und wie zuverl\u00e4ssig ist dies?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Linkage Disequilibrium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die genetische Imputation ist dank des so genannten Kopplungsungleichgewichts (LD) m\u00f6glich. Wenn wir genetische Varianten von unseren Eltern erben, geschieht dies in \"Bl\u00f6cken\", da einige Gene nicht unabh\u00e4ngig voneinander segregieren. Das bedeutet, dass sie mehr als erwartet zusammen vererbt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies geschieht, um die <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/de\/blog\/lernen-genetisch\/was-ist-adn\/\">DNA<\/a> die oft \u00e4hnliche und wichtige Funktionen haben, so dass sie immer zusammengeh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn beispielsweise ein sehr hohes Kopplungsungleichgewicht f\u00fcr die Varianten 1 und 23 besteht, k\u00f6nnen wir, wenn wir nur die \"kleinen Buchstaben\" (Allele) einer der Varianten kennen, durch statistische Inferenz auf die Allele der anderen Variante schlie\u00dfen, da sie in den meisten F\u00e4llen zusammen vererbt werden, da der LOD sehr hoch ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank dieses in der Natur vorkommenden Ph\u00e4nomens k\u00f6nnen wir, wenn wir beispielsweise den Genotyp AA f\u00fcr Variante 1 analysiert haben, auch wenn wir die Variante 23 nicht analysiert haben, durch Imputation ableiten, welche Allele Sie an dieser Position im Genom haben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies geschieht mit speziellen genetischen Algorithmen und Datenbanken, die 100% genomische Informationen f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Individuen enthalten, was der Imputation einen hohen statistischen Wert verleiht.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"970\" height=\"647\" src=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/colorful-helix.jpg\" alt=\"Entschl\u00fcsselung des genetischen Codes\" class=\"wp-image-9214\" style=\"width:526px;height:351px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/colorful-helix.jpg 970w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/colorful-helix-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/colorful-helix-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/colorful-helix-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 970px) 100vw, 970px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verl\u00e4sslichkeit der genetischen Imputation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinter LD und Imputation stehen viele Studien, Arbeiten und Bem\u00fchungen, die ihr eine extrem hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit verleihen.
