Jede Ver\u00e4nderung, die die chromosomale Ausstattung des Individuums ver\u00e4ndert, wird als <\/span><b>Aneuploidie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> oder eine Chromosomenanomalie Ver\u00e4nderungen im Karyotyp hervorrufen und Syndrome ausl\u00f6sen. Zu diesen m\u00f6glichen Ver\u00e4nderungen des Karyotyps geh\u00f6ren Monosomien und Trisomien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Was sind Aneuploidien?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Aneuploidie ist ein Zustand, bei dem <strong>ein oder mehr Chromosomen <b>fehlen<\/b> als \u00fcblich<\/b>. <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Da jedes Chromosom Hunderte von Genen enth\u00e4lt, ver\u00e4ndert die Hinzuf\u00fcgung oder der Verlust eines einzigen Chromosoms das bestehende Gleichgewicht in den Zellen und ist in den meisten F\u00e4llen nicht mit dem Leben vereinbar.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die meisten Chromosomenanomalien treten bei der Erzeugung von Spermien und Eizellen auf. Sie treten auf, weil <strong>die Chromosomen bei der Erzeugung der Geschlechtszellen<\/strong> - Ei- und Samenzellen - aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten (ein Prozess, der <strong>Meiose<\/strong> genannt wird). Diese abnormen Keimzellen werden normalerweise w\u00e4hrend der Spermatogenese oder der Ovogenese eliminiert.
