Sie wurde erstmals in den 1970er Jahren gemeldet und beschrieben, und bis heute sind nur etwa 100 F\u00e4lle bekannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die Krankheit <strong>betrifft etwa eine von 10 Millionen Personen weltweit<\/strong>. Diese Zahl ist wahrscheinlich zu niedrig angesetzt, da viele Menschen keinen Arzt aufsuchen, weil sie keine Symptome haben. Die genaue Ursache der Krankheit ist unbekannt, und es gibt keine bekannte Heilung f\u00fcr diese genetische St\u00f6rung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nach Angaben des GARD (Genetic and Rare Disease Information Center) handelt es sich um eine <strong>seltene Anomalie, die durch trockenes, lockiges, krauses, unordentliches, helles Haar gekennzeichnet ist, das nach au\u00dfen absteht und in verschiedene Richtungen w\u00e4chst, anstatt nach unten, so dass es praktisch nicht geb\u00fcrstet werden kann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Krankheit manifestiert sich typischerweise in der Kindheit, kann aber auch sp\u00e4ter im Leben auftreten. Der Beginn ist variabel und reicht vom S\u00e4uglings- bis zum Erwachsenenalter. Es ist f\u00fcr die Elastizit\u00e4t und St\u00e4rke des Haares verantwortlich.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">Die <strong>Medulla<\/strong>: Dies ist der innere Teil des Haares und steht nicht in direktem Zusammenhang mit den Ver\u00e4nderungen des Schaftes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Ver\u00e4nderungen in der Struktur des Haarschafts k\u00f6nnen zu diesem seltenen Syndrom f\u00fchren. Es ist ein<strong>starkes Haar, aber aufgrund seiner charakteristischen Struktur v\u00f6llig unb\u00e4ndig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir uns die Haare einer Person mit diesem Syndrom ansehen, sind sie dreieckig oder herzf\u00f6rmig. Diese Ver\u00e4nderung ist klinisch sichtbar, wenn etwa 50% der Haarfollikel betroffen sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Genetik hinter ungez\u00e4hmtem Haar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Vor kurzem wurde festgestellt, dass sie durch Mutationen in einem der Gene <em>PADI3<\/em>, <em>TGM3<\/em> und <em>TCHH<\/em> verursacht wird. Diese drei Gene kodieren f\u00fcr Proteine, die an der Bildung des Haarschafts beteiligt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Vererbungsmuster scheint autosomal rezessiv zu sein.
