Dieser Vorgang wird als Glukosehom\u00f6ostase bezeichnet, an der zwei sehr wichtige Hormone beteiligt sind, die von der Bauchspeicheldr\u00fcse ausgesch\u00fcttet werden: Insulin und Glukagon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Wenn der <strong>Glukosespiegel zu weit abf\u00e4llt<\/strong> , ist unser K\u00f6rper f\u00fcr die Sekretion von <strong>Glukagon<\/strong> verantwortlich, das f\u00fcr die <strong>Aktivierung<\/strong> der <strong>Glukoneogenese<\/strong> (Synthese von Glukose aus anderen Molek\u00fclen) und den Abbau von Glykogen zu Glukosemolek\u00fclen ( <strong>Glykogenolyse<\/strong> ) verantwortlich ist. Im Gegenteil, wenn der <strong>Blutzuckerspiegel<\/strong> sehr <strong>hoch<\/strong> ist, sch\u00fcttet unser K\u00f6rper <strong>Insulin<\/strong> aus. Sie entsteht im ersten Lebensabschnitt und ist durch eine <strong>Autoimmunreaktion<\/strong> auf die insulinproduzierenden Zellen der Bauchspeicheldr\u00fcse gekennzeichnet (der K\u00f6rper selbst zerst\u00f6rt die Betazellen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/es\/blog\/noticias-corporativas\/heredabilidad\/\" target=\"_self\">Heritabilit\u00e4t<\/a> von Typ-1-Diabetes (Prozentsatz der Erkrankung aufgrund genetischer Komponenten) wird auf etwa 60% gesch\u00e4tzt.
