Molek\u00fcl Studien haben es m\u00f6glich gemacht , um vorab das Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr , wie die Entwicklung dieser Neoplasie Werke und der Beitrag der <strong>genetischen Mutationen in der Aggressivit\u00e4t, Schwere und Progression von Brustkrebs<\/strong> . Quelle: GLOBOCAN 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\"><strong><strong>Folgen von Mutationen im <em>PIK3CA-<\/em> Gen in Tumoren.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Als Ergebnis dieser Arbeit haben Forscher des Imperial College London [ <em>Madsen et al., Plos Genetics, 2021<\/em> ] die <strong>Schwere und Aggressivit\u00e4t<\/strong> dieser Tumoren mit der <strong>Expression und dem Vorhandensein von Mutationen im<\/strong> <strong><em>PIK3CA-<\/em><\/strong> Gen korreliert. Dieses Gen ist an einem biologischen <strong>Stoffwechselweg namens PI3K-AKT beteiligt,<\/strong> der f\u00fcr seine Bedeutung f\u00fcr die Aufrechterhaltung und das Fortschreiten des Zellzyklus in Zellen weithin bekannt ist. So haben sie gesehen, wie Tumore, die eine h\u00f6here Expression des PI3K-Signalwegs aufweisen, vermittelt durch aktivierende Mutationen (oder Funktionsgewinn) im <strong><em>PIK3CA-<\/em><\/strong> Gen, mit <strong>aggressiveren Profilen dieser Tumoren<\/strong> assoziiert werden, was eine Stratifizierung von Patienten , im Vergleich zu jenen Tumoren, die keine Ver\u00e4nderungen im <em>PIK3CA-<\/em> Gen aufweisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Diese Studien liefern neue Informationen und Beweise f\u00fcr die <strong>Bedeutung<\/strong> der Kombination der genetischen und transkriptomischen Kombination mit den <strong>klinischen<\/strong> und <strong>evolution\u00e4ren Profilen von Patientinnen mit Brustkrebs<\/strong> . Dies ist von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, da vor kurzem selektive Inhibitoren des PI3K-Signalwegs zur Anwendung bei Brustkrebspatientinnen mit Mutationen im <em>PIK3CA-<\/em> Gen zugelassen wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Dies ist ein weiteres Beispiel, das die <strong>Bedeutung der genomischen Medizin f\u00fcr die personalisierte Diagnose und Behandlung belegt<\/strong> , in diesem Fall bei Patientinnen mit Neoplasien wie im Fall von Brustkrebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Polygenic Risk Scores, Verwendung in der Brustkrebsforschung.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es muss daran erinnert werden, dass dar\u00fcber hinaus immer mehr <strong>Studien, die Aufschluss dar\u00fcber geben, wie das Brustkrebsrisiko in der Allgemeinbev\u00f6lkerung einzusch\u00e4tzen ist<\/strong>, bei Personen mit erh\u00f6htem Familienrisiko oder bei Verwandten, <strong>Durch die Verwendung von<\/strong> was ist bekannt als <strong>PRS <\/strong>(&quot;<em>Polygene Risikobewertungen<\/em>\"), die nicht mehr und nicht weniger ist als die Kombination von verschiedenen <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/de\/blog\/lernen-genetisch\/was-sind-snps\/\">SNPs<\/a>Der risikogewichtete Ansatz basiert auf der Schutz- oder Risikowirkung dieser SNPs als Ganzes, eine Methode, die wir in der <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/de\/\">DNA-TEST<\/a> von ADNTRO.
