Es umfasst die 3,2 Milliarden \"kleinen Buchstaben\", aus denen unsere DNA besteht, von den 22.000 Genen in unserem K\u00f6rper \u00fcber die mitochondriale DNA, die regulatorischen Bereiche der Expression dieser Gene bis hin zu den <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/es\/blog\/aprende-genetica\/proteinas-aminoacidos\/\" target=\"_self\">Proteinen<\/a>, den effektiven Biomolek\u00fclen unseres Organismus. Die <strong>Mitochondrien-DNA<\/strong>, die wir von unserer Mutter geerbt haben, besteht aus 16.000 Basen, ist klein und kreisf\u00f6rmig und enth\u00e4lt die genetische Information der Mitochondrien, der lebenswichtigen Zellorganellen, in denen die f\u00fcr das reibungslose Funktionieren unseres K\u00f6rpers erforderliche Energie erzeugt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie das menschliche Genom aufgebaut ist<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das menschliche Genom <strong>ist in 23 Chromosomenpaare gegliedert<\/strong>Die ultra-kondensierte Form der DNA. Dank der Art und Weise, wie die DNA gespeichert wird, kann jede der winzigen menschlichen Zellen mit einem Durchmesser von 6 * 10 \u00b5m in einer einzigen Zelle gespeichert werden.<sup>-6<\/sup> Meter kann das gesamte Genom enthalten. Das klingt vielleicht nicht sehr beeindruckend, aber wenn man das Genom linear dehnt, entspricht das einer L\u00e4nge von zwei Metern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Multipliziert man die zwei Meter DNA, die in jeder menschlichen Zelle enthalten sind, mit der durchschnittlichen Anzahl der Zellen eines Menschen (ca. 10 Milliarden), so sch\u00e4tzt man, dass <strong>Unser K\u00f6rper enth\u00e4lt insgesamt 20 Billionen Meter DNA.<\/strong>. Ja, so wie Sie es lesen. <strong>Sie haben 20 Billionen Meter genetische Information in sich.<\/strong>Das entspricht 600 Hin- und R\u00fcckreisen von der Erde zur Sonne. Das <strong>1000-Genome-Projekt erm\u00f6glichte es<\/strong> , eine Datenbank mit Personen aus verschiedenen Regionen zu erstellen, die die <strong>Untersuchung der<\/strong> <strong>genetischen Variabilit\u00e4t beim<\/strong> Menschen erm\u00f6glicht.
