Jede Kette hat ihre stickstoffhaltigen Basen und sie sind durch Wasserstoffbr\u00fccken verbunden, die als Kopplungen zwischen den stickstoffhaltigen Basen wirken w\u00fcrden, um das vollst\u00e4ndige DNA-Molek\u00fcl zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir die DNA als Wendeltreppe nehmen, w\u00e4ren die beiden Ketten das Gel\u00e4nder und die stickstoffhaltigen Basen die Stufen. Damit diese Schritte nicht unterbrochen werden, muss eine Komplementarit\u00e4t zwischen den stickstoffhaltigen Basen bestehen. Es gibt vier Stickstoffbasen: Guanin (G), Cytosin (C), Adenin (A) und Thymin (T).
