Wie schafft er es, so viel zu springen? Warum erholen Sie sich so gut? Das sind Fragen, die sich Menschen t\u00e4glich stellen. Es stimmt, dass die Pflege und das Sporttraining wichtige Schl\u00fcssel zur Beantwortung dieser Fragen sind, aber sie sind nicht alles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Potenzial der Genetik ist so gro\u00df, dass wir heute nicht alle Fragen beantworten k\u00f6nnen, die uns in den Sinn kommen, aber wir wissen, dass es zahlreiche <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/de\/blog\/lernen-genetisch\/was-sind-snps\/\">SNPs<\/a> (genetische Variationen), die mit Fettleibigkeit in Verbindung gebracht werden. Das am meisten untersuchte Gen hei\u00dft FTO, und es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Body-Mass-Index trotz einer hohen Veranlagung f\u00fcr Fettleibigkeit durch intensive Bewegung reduziert werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das gleiche passiert, wenn wir in die Welt des Sports gehen. Hartes Training ist unabdingbar, aber es gibt Menschen, denen es leichter f\u00e4llt, bestimmte Sportarten wie Kraft-, Schnelligkeits-, Ausdauersportarten auszuf\u00fchren ... Es wurden in den letzten Jahren zahlreiche Studien diesbez\u00fcglich durchgef\u00fchrt, aber es gibt gewisse Erkenntnisse, die wir haben seit langem bekannt.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"513\" height=\"362\" src=\"http:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image.png\" alt=\"Beziehung zwischen Sport und Genetik\" class=\"wp-image-3420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image.png 513w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Eine der mit Resistenz assoziierten genetischen Varianten wurde 1990 entdeckt, als sie versuchten, die genetischen Grundlagen der Muskeldystrophie (eine Gruppe von Krankheiten, die Schw\u00e4che und fortschreitende Degeneration der Skelettmuskulatur verursacht) zu erkl\u00e4ren. Sp\u00e4ter ergaben Tests von Genotypen (DNA-\u201eBuchstaben\u201c) zwischen kranken und gesunden Menschen, dass \u00fcberraschenderweise bestimmte gesunde Menschen den Genotyp aufwiesen, der mit Muskeldystrophie in Verbindung gebracht zu werden schien. Damals beschlossen sie, die gegenteilige Studie durchzuf\u00fchren: den Genotyp sportlicher Menschen zu untersuchen. Nach verschiedenen genetischen Studien wurde die Implikation dieses Gens in der Skelettmuskulatur festgestellt, was die genetische Variante mit einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Widerstands- und Erholungsf\u00e4higkeit in Verbindung bringt. Diese Menschen haben jedoch gegen\u00fcber Kraft- und Geschwindigkeitssportarten einen Nachteil, da die angestammte Variante eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Skelettkraft bietet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und du?
