Dieser Prozess findet in der inneren Membran der Mitochondrien eukaryontischer Zellen statt und ist auf das <strong>Vorhandensein von Sauerstoff<\/strong> angewiesen, um stattfinden zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Reihe von Stoffwechselreaktionen nutzt die Energie, die in den Elektronen der Molek\u00fcle NADH und FADH\u2082 gespeichert ist. Diese Molek\u00fcle sind die Produkte von katabolen Prozessen wie der Glykolyse, dem Krebszyklus und dem <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/de\/blog\/lernen-genetisch\/beta-oxidation\/\">Beta-Oxidation von Fetts\u00e4uren<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elemente der Elektronentransportkette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Im Mittelpunkt der Elektronentransportkette steht der <strong>elektrochemische Gradient<\/strong>, der auch als protonenmotivische Kraft bezeichnet wird. Seine Aufgabe ist es, Elektronen von FADH\u2082 aufzunehmen und sie auf Ubichinon zu \u00fcbertragen, ein Protein, das Elektronen von Komplex I oder Komplex II aufnimmt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Komplex III:<\/strong> Es \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt Elektronen von reduziertem Ubichinon auf Komplex IV und pumpt gleichzeitig Protonen in den Intermembranraum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Komplex IV:<\/strong> Es nimmt Elektronen von Komplex III auf und \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt sie auf Sauerstoff, der als letzter Elektronenakzeptor fungiert. Bei diesem Prozess entstehen als Nebenprodukt Wassermolek\u00fcle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>ATP-Synthase:<\/strong> Sie nutzt die im Protonengradienten gespeicherte Energie zur Synthese von ATP (energiereiche Molek\u00fcle) aus ADP und anorganischem Phosphat in einem als <strong>Chemiosmose<\/strong> bekannten Prozess. Die ATP-Synthase fungiert als Ionenkanal, der Protonen in die mitochondriale Matrix \"zur\u00fcckf\u00fchrt\".<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektronentransportkette Energieerzeugung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedes Molek\u00fcl von<strong> NADH<\/strong> Die \u00dcbertragung von Elektronen in die Transportkette erzeugt etwa <strong>2,5 Molek\u00fcle ATP<\/strong>. Auf der anderen Seite kommen die Elektronen aus dem <strong>FADH\u2082<\/strong> produzieren nahezu <strong>1,5 Molek\u00fcle ATP<\/strong>.
