Dieser Prozess findet haupts\u00e4chlich in den Mitochondrien von Zellen wie der Skelettmuskulatur und dem Herzen statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transport von Fetts\u00e4uren in die Mitochondrien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie kommen nun die Fetts\u00e4uren in die Mitochondrien?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sie wandern durch den Blutkreislauf:<\/strong> Aufgrund ihrer hydrophoben Natur k\u00f6nnen sich Fetts\u00e4uren nicht frei im Blutkreislauf bewegen. Sie m\u00fcssen immer Hand in Hand mit Albumin gehen, einem Protein, das als Transportmittel f\u00fcr Fetts\u00e4uren dient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sie betreten die Zelle:<\/strong> Dank der Fetts\u00e4uretransporter gelangen die Fetts\u00e4uren aus dem Blutkreislauf in das Zellzytoplasma, wo sie aktiviert werden und dann in die Mitochondrien gelangen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sie werden aktiviert:<\/strong> Im Zytoplasma angekommen, m\u00fcssen die Fetts\u00e4uren aktiviert werden, um in die Mitochondrien zu gelangen. Dieser Vorgang wird als <strong>Fetts\u00e4ure-Aktivierung<\/strong> und besteht aus der Bindung einer Fetts\u00e4ure an ein Molek\u00fcl Coenzym A (CoA), wodurch eine <strong>Acyl-CoA<\/strong>. Katalysiert wird dieser Schritt durch das Enzym <strong>Acyl-CoA-Synthetase<\/strong> und ben\u00f6tigt Energie in Form von ATP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sie gelangen \u00fcber das Carnitin-Shuttle in die Mitochondrien.<\/strong>Um in die Mitochondrien zu gelangen, ben\u00f6tigen die bereits aktivierten Fetts\u00e4uren (Acyl-CoA) ein Transportermolek\u00fcl namens <strong>Carnitin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beta-Oxidation von Fetts\u00e4uren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald die Fetts\u00e4uren die mitochondriale Matrix erreichen, beginnt die Beta-Oxidation der Fetts\u00e4uren, ein Stoffwechselweg, bei dem die Fetts\u00e4uren in Zweikohlenstoffeinheiten zerlegt werden, um Acetyl-CoA zu erzeugen und Energie zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"891\" height=\"593\" src=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/beta-oxidacion.png\" alt=\"Beta-Oxidation\" class=\"wp-image-16284\" style=\"width:516px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/beta-oxidacion.png 891w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/beta-oxidacion-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/beta-oxidacion-768x511.png 768w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/beta-oxidacion-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 891px) 100vw, 891px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die <strong>Acetyl-CoA<\/strong>-Molek\u00fcle k\u00f6nnen anschlie\u00dfend in den <strong>Krebs-Zyklus<\/strong> zur weiteren Energiegewinnung in Form von ATP gelangen. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu Acetyl-CoA entstehen bei der Beta-Oxidation <strong>NADH<\/strong> und <strong>FADH\u2082<\/strong>, Molek\u00fcle, die Elektronen in die <strong>Elektronentransportkette<\/strong> transportieren, um noch mehr ATP zu produzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Beta-Oxidation besteht aus einer zyklischen Reihe von Reaktionen, bei denen in jedem Zyklus die Fetts\u00e4urekette um zwei Kohlenstoffe verk\u00fcrzt wird:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Acetyl-CoA<\/strong>: tritt in den Krebszyklus ein, um noch mehr ATP zu erzeugen (vorletzter Schritt der <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/blog\/tag\/respiracion-celular\/\" target=\"_self\">aeroben Zellatmung<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>NADH und FADH\u2082<\/strong>: Dies sind Elektronentransporter, die Energie in der Elektronentransportkette nach oben transportieren, um ATP zu erzeugen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einer langkettigen Fetts\u00e4ure kann dieser Prozess viele Male wiederholt werden, wodurch gro\u00dfe Mengen an ATP entstehen. Bei der Beta-Oxidation einer 16-Kohlenstoff-Fetts\u00e4ure (z. B. Desde el 2020 es Bioinform\u00e1tica en ADNTRO donde desarrolla modelos predictivos, realiza anotaciones y an\u00e1lisis de variantes patog\u00e9nicas, investigaci\u00f3n de literatura GWAS y All\u00ed estudi\u00f3 las redes de interacci\u00f3n metab\u00f3lica en el microbioma de pacientes con Enfermedad de Chron y Colitis Ulcerosa en el centro de investigaci\u00f3n CBGP, centro de Excelencia Severo Ochoa (2020).
