Dieser Prozess, der im Volksmund als Fettverbrennung bezeichnet wird, hei\u00dft <strong>Lipolyse<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funktion der Fette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fette bzw. Lipide erf\u00fcllen im menschlichen K\u00f6rper mehrere lebenswichtige Funktionen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Energiequelle<\/strong>Fette sind eine der wichtigsten Energiequellen und liefern im Vergleich zu Kohlenhydraten und Proteinen mehr als doppelt so viel Energie pro Gramm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Energiespeicherung<\/strong>Fette werden im Fettgewebe gespeichert und dienen als Energielieferant, wenn andere N\u00e4hrstoffe nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Das Fettgewebe besteht aus Adipozyten, das sind Zellen, die darauf spezialisiert sind, Energie in Form von Fett zu speichern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung<\/strong>Das subkutane Fettgewebe wirkt als Isolator, der zur Aufrechterhaltung der K\u00f6rpertemperatur beitr\u00e4gt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schutz der Organe<\/strong>Fette umgeben und sch\u00fctzen lebenswichtige Organe wie das Herz und die Nieren, indem sie sie vor Ersch\u00fctterungen sch\u00fctzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strukturelle Komponente<\/strong>Fette sind f\u00fcr die Struktur der Zellmembranen unerl\u00e4sslich und tragen dazu bei, die Integrit\u00e4t und Fl\u00fcssigkeit der Zellen zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist Fettverbrennung und wann findet Lipolyse statt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Situationen, in denen Energie ben\u00f6tigt wird, mobilisiert der Organismus seine Energiereserven durch einen Prozess, der als <strong>Lipolyse<\/strong>. Fasten, Kohlenhydratmangel, <a href=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/de\/blog\/genetische-kuriositaten\/gen-komt-stress-response\/\">betonen<\/a>K\u00e4lteeinwirkung oder intensive k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen zu einer solchen Bedarfssituation f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"235\" src=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/lipolisis-1.png\" alt=\"Fettverbrennung: Lipolyse\" class=\"wp-image-16108\" style=\"width:297px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/lipolisis-1.png 273w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/lipolisis-1-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 273px) 100vw, 273px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>Lipolyse<\/strong> ist der Prozess, bei dem der K\u00f6rper die in den Fettzellen gespeicherten Fette (Triglyceride) zur Energiegewinnung abbaut. Bei diesem Prozess werden Fetts\u00e4uren und Glycerin in den Blutkreislauf freigesetzt, die dann von den K\u00f6rperzellen, insbesondere in den Muskeln und der Leber, als Brennstoff verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Lipolyse beginnt, wenn Hormone wie <strong>Adrenalin<\/strong>, <strong>Noradrenalin<\/strong>, <strong>Glucagon<\/strong> und <strong>Wachstumshormon<\/strong> binden an spezifische Rezeptoren auf der Oberfl\u00e4che von Fettzellen. Diese Hormone werden in Situationen mit hohem Energiebedarf, wie z. B. beim Sport oder Fasten, freigesetzt. Dieser Prozess l\u00f6st eine <strong>Signalkaskade<\/strong> die die Aktivierung des <strong>Eiwei\u00df G<\/strong>das das Enzym aktiviert <strong>Adenylatzyklase<\/strong> in der Zellmembran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die Adenylatzyklase wandelt ATP in <strong>cyclisches AMP (cAMP)<\/strong> um, das ein Enzym namens <strong>Proteinkinase A (PKA)<\/strong> aktiviert.
