Schwangerschaftswoche auftritt. Sie ist in der Regel mit Komplikationen sowohl f\u00fcr die Mutter als auch f\u00fcr das Baby verbunden, und es ist bekannt, dass es einen Zusammenhang zwischen Pr\u00e4eklampsie und Genetik gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Sie \u00e4u\u00dfert sich durch das Auftreten von <strong>Bluthochdruck<\/strong> bei Frauen, die zuvor einen normalen Blutdruck hatten, oder durch die Verschlechterung eines bereits bestehenden Bluthochdrucks. Eine Fr\u00fchgeburt wird oft empfohlen, wobei der Zeitpunkt von der Schwere des Krankheitsbildes und dem Stadium der Schwangerschaft abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Symptome der Pr\u00e4eklampsie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Obwohl das Hauptsymptom <strong>Bluthochdruck<\/strong> ist, kann die Pr\u00e4eklampsie von vielen anderen Symptomen begleitet werden, wie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\" translation-block\">\u00dcberschuss an <strong>Proteinen im Urin<\/strong> (Proteinurie).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Erh\u00f6hung der <strong>Leberenzyme<\/strong>, die auf Leberprobleme hinweisen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Verringerung der <strong>Thrombozytenwerte<\/strong> im Blut (Thrombozytopenie).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Starke <strong>Kopfschmerzen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Ver\u00e4nderungen des Sehverm\u00f6gens<\/strong>, einschlie\u00dflich vor\u00fcbergehendem Sehverlust, verschwommener Sicht oder Lichtempfindlichkeit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atembeschwerden<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Schmerzen<\/strong> im oberen Bereich des <strong>Bauchs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">\u00dcbelkeit oder <strong>Erbrechen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Pl\u00f6tzliches Auftreten von <strong>\u00d6demen<\/strong>, insbesondere im Gesicht und an den H\u00e4nden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/preeclampsia_tension.webp\" alt=\"Pr\u00e4eklampsie und Genetik\" class=\"wp-image-15848\" style=\"width:506px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/preeclampsia_tension.webp 1024w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/preeclampsia_tension-300x300.webp 300w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/preeclampsia_tension-150x150.webp 150w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/preeclampsia_tension-768x768.webp 768w, https:\/\/adntro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/preeclampsia_tension-12x12.webp 12w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was l\u00f6st die Pr\u00e4eklampsie aus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Es wird angenommen, dass kleine Teile und <strong>Molek\u00fcle, die aus der Plazenta freigesetzt werden<\/strong>, wie Verbindungen, die die Bildung neuer Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe aus bereits vorhandenen Gef\u00e4\u00dfen hemmen oder reduzieren (antiangiogene Faktoren), <strong>eine Endothel-Dysfunktion ausl\u00f6sen<\/strong>, die eine Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Funktion der inneren Auskleidung der Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe zur Folge hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Das <strong>Endothel<\/strong> spielt eine <strong>wichtige Rolle bei<\/strong> der Regulierung des <strong>Blutdrucks und<\/strong> der <strong>Blutgerinnung<\/strong>. Daher \u00e4u\u00dfert sich diese St\u00f6rung in Form von Symptomen der m\u00fctterlichen Pr\u00e4eklampsie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e4eklampsie und Genetik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Es gibt genetische Varianten, die mit Pr\u00e4eklampsie in Verbindung stehen. Diese Varianten befinden sich in <strong>Genen, die die Endothel-Dysfunktion, die Plazentaentwicklung und hypertensive Erkrankungen beeinflussen<\/strong>. Letzteres bedeutet, dass die genetischen Risikofaktoren f\u00fcr Pr\u00e4eklampsie mit anderen hypertensiven St\u00f6rungen sowie mit dem Risiko f\u00fcr Bluthochdruck im sp\u00e4teren Leben geteilt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Das Vorhandensein von Proteinen im Urin (Proteinurie) ist ein zentrales Merkmal der Pr\u00e4eklampsie, das durch eine abnorme Filtration von Proteinen in den Urin verursacht wird. <strong>Gene wie <em>PLCE1, TNS2, ACTN4<\/em> stehen in Verbindung mit dem nephrotischen Syndrom<\/strong> (Nierenerkrankung), das durch das Vorhandensein zahlreicher Proteine im Urin gekennzeichnet ist. Au\u00dferdem ist bekannt, dass das Gen <em>ACTN4<\/em> die Proliferation und Differenzierung von Zellen namens <strong>Trophoblasten<\/strong> reguliert, deren Funktion <strong>f\u00fcr den Embryo von entscheidender Bedeutung<\/strong> ist, da sie ihn in den fr\u00fchen Entwicklungsstadien umgeben und bei der Bildung der Plazenta helfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Und du?
